Quieting the Noise: A Community Meetup on Anxiety & Overthinking

There are days when your mind simply won't slow down.

One thought becomes ten. A small uncertainty grows into a worst-case scenario. Conversations replay in your head long after they've ended. You wonder if you're falling behind, making the wrong decisions, or forgetting something important.

If any of that sounds familiar, you're not alone.

Anxiety and overthinking are experiences many of us quietly carry. They don't always look like panic attacks. Sometimes they look like being unable to switch off after work, endlessly rehearsing conversations, worrying about the future, or feeling mentally exhausted even after doing very little.

That's why we're hosting our next community mental health meetup.

Quieting the Noise

Understanding Anxiety, Overthinking & Finding Breathing Room

This isn't a lecture.

It isn't group therapy.

And you won't be asked to "fix" yourself.

Instead, we're creating a small, supportive circle where people can talk honestly about what's been weighing on them, listen to others with empathy, and learn a few simple tools for navigating anxious moments.

Whether you've struggled with anxiety for years or you've simply been feeling overwhelmed lately, you're welcome here.

What We'll Explore

Together we'll discuss:

We'll also practice a couple of simple grounding exercises that you can use long after the meetup ends.

What You Can Expect

The goal isn't to eliminate anxiety in one evening.

It's to understand it a little better, feel a little less alone, and leave with something useful for the week ahead.

A Small Reminder

You don't have to have all the answers before you show up.

You don't have to explain everything perfectly.

You don't even have to speak if you're not ready.

Sometimes the first step toward feeling lighter is simply sitting in a room with people who understand what it's like to carry a busy mind.

If that sounds like something you need right now, we'd love to have you join us.
